A crowd of people chanted slogans against visiting Ethiopian regional governor Shiferaw Shigute Tuesday. He has been cited for numerous acts of corruption by his country’s own auditor. Shigute was at the University of Saskatchewan to discuss an agricultural partnership with the university.
