Newaye Gebreab’s decree, no travelling abroad for TPLF warlords

Newaye Gebreab

returning home, acting PM Neway Gebreab is cracking the whip in desperate attempt to keep the sinking TPLF ship afloat, and of course, to consolidate his position to become PM soon.

Known for his demonic temper and insatiable appetite for power, the warlord has already stopped the foul-mouthed Marxist Leninist League Tigraye veteran, Sibehat Nega from leaving the country for medical checkup in South Africa.

Furthermore, fearing mass exodus of criminal warlords and their corrupt spouses, Gebreab (pictured) has reportedly issued a decree that no senior TPLF member would be allowed to board a flight until the end of September.

“At this stage he dreads mass defection. Only diplomats who carry special permit or security clearance from Gebreab’s office will be travelling for state business” revealed the Horn Times reporter from Addis Ababa.

However, the ex Marxist guerrilla, Sibehat Nega did not take the snub kindly.  According to our well placed sources inside the TPLF camp, the ageing harridan have vowed to de-throne Gebreab by joining the opposite camp of warlords led by acting PM-2,Tedros Adhanom.

The clash between Neway and Sibehat took place at Zenawi’s residence on Tuesday 17 July 2012, in full view of the stressed out and terror smitten TPLF cc members.

Although Neway, as a veteran himself, tries to confront and even rein in the Zenawi-spoiled hordes of Tigre warlords, reports are he lacks support.

A political analyst told the Horn Times that Neway is isolating himself from the power wielding Tigres by trying to build his support base among the untrustworthy clannish sycophants and the hoi polloi, otherwise known as “the Gujilles.”

“If Zenawi dies and anti TPLF insurrection explodes, Neway Gebreab will be the first to flee. He is one of the top war criminals wanted by the Ethiopians.  Nevertheless, there is one man who is watching all this drama from the sidelines. A hardened war criminal. He has nowhere to go. Unless a strong opposition step up to the plate quickly, am afraid we are going to have a brutal military ruler in the form of the feudist Gen Samora Yunise “explains our political analyst who is following events in Addis Ababa.

    To Abebe Debebe!!!!

Are you Sebhat Nega in real. Because you sound like him. We have already heard what you have said on his interview conducted by VOA.

He/you said power emerges from the regions not big towns like Addis Ababa. I thionk you are assuming this as a strategy to segrigate urban residents from Rural. You are very poor and completely ignorant.

Do you think urban dewellers are emigrated from outside. Our brothers, sisters, uncles, antes and gandies are staying in rtural areas while some of their family members are settling in urban areas.

In the last two decades your party TPLF/EPRDF were claiming to stand for pesants but the fact on the ground is they got down to the level of abject poverty beyond belief.

    Death to Woyaneeeeeeee

Like, our militant ancestors who stung the Italian enemy like a bee , it is imperative that Ethiopians do the same both at home and abroad. Any Woyane identified as such should be targeted and every inch of his / her movement closely monitored. The day of reckoning surely beckons.
Perhaps the greatest thing that could ever happen to the grieving Ethiopians is to see justice served.

I hope civilised Ethiopians will not resort to taking justice into their own hands despite having been denied justice for 21 odd years.
It was Woyanes and their terrorist masters the Eritreans who had given Mengistu’s reign of terror a long lease of life.
Had it not been for them, Ethiopians would not have endured 17 years of misery at the hands of a barabaric junta. Ethiopians chose to forego their freedom in order to protect the integrity of their motherland.
Ethiopians doubly lost when enemy Woyanes usurped power and the other grand enemy, Mengistu escaped justice.
Our wounds would hopefully heal with the end of Woyane occupation that must be based on the unity of Amaras, Oromos, Gurages, and all other patriotic Ethiopians that had been made aliens in their own land.

“We fought for Eritrean independence from the colonial rule of Ethiopia. Even now, if Eritrea is attacked, EPRDF would jump into Eritrea, join the Eritrean people and engage the enemy.” – Sebhat Nega on Radio Woyane (May 28, 2007)

TPLF has since its inception been controlled by mercenary elements that fought against Ethiopia as their enemy. The group that wiped out so many lives and terrorized Tigrians into slavery and servitude, is still in power. If Ethiopia is turned into a failed, landlocked state, it is with a purpose. Read details from the historical facts presented by Asgede G. Selassie, author of Gahdi 1 and Gahdi 2. A survivor of the pogrom, Asgede was one of the 11 rebels who founded TPLF.

Considering the proximity or unity between the military and civilian elements of the ruling clique, it is reasonable to imagine two developments. If the national opposition becomes capable of building on the structural crises of the system and the emerging historical conjunctures, and articulate these underlying and necessary conditions for change into critical events and decisive actions, then we can anticipate the disintegration of the military. Absent such a development on the part of the national opposition, the likelihood is a full scale or partial military takeover – be it a military coup or military dominated civilian clique.
