The Dam is expected to generate such a colossal power that it would be exported to three neighboring countries and supposedly make the endemic poverty that Ethiopia has been well known for, history.

If you ask me to nominate one person that can start a revolution in Ethiopia it is Tamagne Beyene. Tamagne Beyene is a living “Yenesew Gebre.” Young Yenesew Gebre was martyred on Nov. 11, 2011 after defying the corrupt and terrorist regime of Meles Zenawi in Dawro, South Ethiopia.
I do not doubt Ethiopian Review’s account of what happened to Artiste Debebe Eshetu and there is enormous evidence to suggest that the TPLF agents will definitely do that to compel him into confessing things he did not do. However, I do not agree with Elias Kifle’s suggestion of waiting for the victims to tell their story in their own time.
The same system that has no place for freedom of expression and individual rights has a lose end, an open window, a loop hole and an only type of right that it is willing to entertain –the Gay right. Now this is ironic.
We all know that poverty and repression had made Africa especially Ethiopia lose many smart, genius kids and bright minds.
